Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging.
  • Products must be free from scratches, installation marks, adhesive residue, or modifications.
  • Electrical/electronic items, clearance items, and special orders are final sale.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or attempted-to-install products.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Products not shipped or purchased directly from JGMODS.

Return Process

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number for a Return Authorization (RA).
  2. Once approved, package the item securely in original packaging.
  3. Ship to the address provided in your RA instructions (customer is responsible for return shipping).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable; a restocking fee may apply where noted.
