Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2pm PST may begin processing the next business day.
  • Some items ship directly from the manufacturer; lead times (if any) are noted on the product page.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited options are available at checkout.
  • We ship to valid street addresses (no PO boxes).

International Shipping

  • Available to select countries. Buyer is responsible for all duties, VAT, and import fees.
  • Transit times vary and may be affected by customs clearance.

Tracking

Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect packages upon delivery. Report visible damage within 48 hours.
  • Email photos of the packaging and product to [email protected].
